What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return policy. If you wish to return the item within 30 days for buyers remorse (change of mind) we will refund the item minus a 15% restocking fee.

We accept Paypal and Credit/Debit Cards.

How long will delivery take?

We ship with USPS or FedEx, we will choose which carrier once we pack the item and decide what method is best.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

By checking out with PayPal both seller and buyer are protected.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You should receive an order confirmation with receipt after placing your order.
Please make sure your email address is correct when checking out.

Where do you ship?

We only ship to the continental United States. We do not ship to PR, AK, or HI.

Are your items new or used?

Unless otherwise stated, most of our items are brand new. There may be slight box damage or minor signs of wear due to pallet shifting, but this shouldn’t affect functionality.
