At Garland Home Center, we understand that Liquidation and Overstock can be a confusing topic to discuss. Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Sunday: Closed

We are closed on all Federal Holidays. Our doors are locked at closing time. No exceptions. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Credit, Debit or PayPal.

Are you open to the public? 

Garland Home Center is open to the public during normal business hours. Feel free to stop by and browse our inventory.

What discount should I expect when shopping?

Most of our items range between 15% and 50% off retail price. It really depends on the condition and the demand of the item. Items that are used, damaged or destroyed are sometimes discounted further.

Are your prices negotiable?

Unfortunately, the prices that you see online are usually our bottom dollar. However, that doesn’t mean we’ve updated our prices recently. If you believe the price you see is an error, please give us a call so we can correct it. 

Used items are more prone to negotiation. Depending on the condition of the inquired item, we may further discount the item if we find flaws or damage that affect functionality.

Are your items new or used?

Unless otherwise stated, most of our items are brand new. There may be slight box damage or minor signs of wear due to pallet shifting, but this shouldn’t affect functionality.

Do you charge sales tax?

Garland Home Center is an established business and charges sales tax on all items. Unless you have a resellers certificate with the state of Texas, tax will be added to your total. No exceptions. 

Do you have warranties?

Items that do not involve moving parts will be given a maximum warranty of 7 days. Items with moving parts or electronics will be given a maximum of 30 days. Items may be returned within our warranty for a full refund unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. All information about your warranty is provided on your receipt when checking out. If Garland Home Center feels that you are abusing our refund policy, we have the right to refuse your return.

I’ve lost my receipt, can I still return my item?

If you can remember the date you purchased your items, we may be able to lookup and reprint your invoice. However, if it has been 30 days since your last purchase, any warranty you may have had is expired and you will be unable to return your items.

I purchased my item online but live locally, can I come pick it up in store?

Yes. If you didn’t select local pickup during checkout, be sure to give us a call ASAP so that we are aware of your decision. If you’ve received an email with tracking information, you will have to contact the delivery service instead.

How do you sell items for prices big box retailers can’t compete with?

When new models are released, old models are shipped directly to businesses just like us. Other times an item simply has box damage and cannot be sold by manufacturers. With the contacts we have, we’re able to acquire truckloads of inventory and sell them to you for a fraction of the cost.

I followed my GPS but I can’t find your building.

We are located on Jacobson Rd at Suite #200. If you’re driving on Jacobson, our building is directly next to the railroad tracks. We have an off-angled sign that says Garland Home Center and a giant yellow truck that is backed into one of our bays. Driving into the parking lot, we have a Garland Home Center sign directly on the glass as you approach the front door.

I’m a Contractor or House Flipper, who do I talk to about bulk purchases?

For bulk purchases, it’s best to either give us at call or contact us via email at sales@garlandhomecenter.com. If neither of these options work, feel free to stop by for a personal tour of our warehouse.
