Engineered specifically for compatible York, Luxaire, Coleman, and Source 1 air handlers, this electric heater coil kit delivers reliable, efficient backup or emergency heating when the outdoor temperature drops.
This is a 7.68 kW (7.7 kW) unit configured for 240V single-phase systems and is designed for applications without a built-in circuit breaker. It slides directly into the air handler’s internal compartment for a seamless, plug-and-play installation.
Goodman heat kit with breaker, 15 kw Controlled by sequencers for optimum temperature balance. Completely assembled and tested. Built-in overcurrent protection on all units as indicated in electrical data chart (see spec sheet). Multiple branch circuit capability. High temperature limit controls for safe operation. If you are installing a heater coil in an air handler, line voltage is to be connected directly to the heater coil which will operate both the heater coil and air handler. A separate circuit for the air handler is not needed.
